They are magnificent, beautiful, WELL-TRAINED animals. They are well-cared for and are very popular with the American people.Would that our children could receive the same care and treatment as these beautiful animals. The dog(s) are SPOILED rotten!
And there you can see it at 4:21 they are using check reins on these beauties. What is a check rein? It runs from the bit to a point on the harness and is meant to prevent the horse from lowering its head beyond a certain point and to look good by having an artificially elevated head. If a horse tries to lower it's head the rein pulls on the bit causing pain. In order to pull effectively a horse must be able to drop it's head if needed to generate the power. I am so disappointed to see this.
Hi my name is Linda I live in Jacksonvill Florida you got beautiful horses could you answer this question I’ve watched all of the videos of every kind of the Clydesdales why do they trenched their heads a lot can you explain that to me please
Was this the log cabin that was 2 miles east of Gaysport, near Rule Dale on Rockville Road (376) Blue Rock Township, Muskingum Co, Ohio? On 15 acres of land. Three generations of the Mercer family lived in it. Built 1870 by Jacob Austin and son, then shortly after completion sold to John Mercer and Ruth Gosnell Mercer. 4 rooms downstairs, three upstairs. Inside Chimney. Newspaper article on Mercer Log Cabin, THE SUNDAY TIMES-SIGNAL Zanesville Ohio Sunday November 28, 1948. Moved to the Ohio State Fairgrounds with involvement of Ohio Department of Natural Resources?? legosnell
I visited this farm alot. Steve Cooper let me ride my 4 wheeler here. He was also my teacher. Amanda is as pretty as ever. I went to school with her and her younger sister. Great family. Don't get any better than this. Congrats to the Cooper family.
I absolutely love your Clydesdales, the whole program. Thank you for keeping the Bud tradition going and taking such good care of those magnificent animals. Love the Dalmatian too! Great work!
Alpine .........Maybe there's NOTHING wrong cuz you do not have the eyes to see or the wisdom to discern!!! Notice in other videos when the bit is put in mouths......the horses are constantly licking, biting, etc! Also, once their head gear is put on.......they start swinging their heads, side to side, up & down! Especially after a long day!! The dalmation is the only one who's really happy......running around, doing what he wants!!! Wake up dummy!!!
@@julieeverett7442 well yes for all the research I did birds can go on a plane and why would someone comment a comment that is a year old. So look that you.
Something you should be more concerned about is the use of bits in a horses mouth. There are less painful ways to guide a horse other than sticking a piece of metal in it's mouth. It's a constant source of irritation and pain. Try one and see how you like it.
You are slowly losing the battle I'm glad livestock farmers are going bust. One day you will find an alternative way of living. Meat is bad for humans so is dairy and eggs. Tell the truth about the conditions these animals are kept in. You are the slave owners.
Thank you Doc Sanders for posting this video about Rabbit Milking. As a person that lives with Hereditary Angioedema ( my attacks always manifest in face, lip, tongue and airway swells ) I'm grateful for the medical advancements accomplished by the medical community. Seeing your video educating the public about how rabbit's milk is processed to make a medication that's used to combat this potentially fatal disease is amazing. There are individuals that I personally know that use Ruconest ( medication derived from rabbit milk ) as treatment against HAE attacks. It ( Ruconest ) is making a difference and saving peoples lives, along with other HAE therapies. Again thank you for shedding light on this extremely rare and debilitating disease.
